This role supports JLL's Hotels and Hospitality group in Saudi Arabia, focusing on market analysis, property valuation, and client advisory services for hotel assets and developments within the Kingdom.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and competitive analyses for hotel properties and hospitality assets in Saudi ArabiaSupport senior team members in preparing valuation reports and feasibility studiesGather and analyze financial data, market trends, and performance metrics for hospitality propertiesAssist in preparing client presentations and reportsContribute to strategic advisory projects related to hospitality investments in line with Saudi Vision 2030Support hotel operator selection processes and brand evaluationsHelp maintain databases of market intelligence and transaction dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams on hospitality consulting assignmentsRequired QualificationsSaudi National3 years of relevant professional experience in hospitality, real estate, finance, or consultingBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related fieldStrong analytical and quantitative skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointFluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)Knowledge of the Saudi hospitality market and Vision 2030 initiativesPreferred QualificationsExperience with financial modeling and valuation methodologiesUnderstanding of hotel operations and performance metricsPrior experience with major hotel brands operating in the Middle EastFamiliarity with real estate investment analysisCareer Development
