Job Description• Conduct data analysis for customer engagements and strategic initiatives
across Acceptance Solutions (pull data, interpret insights, make
recommendations).
• Serve as first line support to our sellers and customers during deal cycles
(answer questions, perform custom data analysis).
• Collaborate with the Director of Optimization to deliver strategies for scale
across the organization (dashboards, automation, etc.).
• Identify commonalities in demand and recommend areas to increase
departmental eYiciency.
• OYer insight into the strategies by which our customers can increase their
authorization success rates.
• Proactively identify target accounts for our services using Visa data and learnings
from prior engagements.
• Maintain and build relationships with regional peers and other teams across Visa
to exchange ideas, learn and leverage best practices.
• Continuously seek to increase your knowledge of the payments industry,
optimization strategies and Visa’s data landscape to better support our team and
customers.
• Develop self-service data & tools for the wider sales organization, sometimes in
collaboration with cross-functional teams.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications• 3+ years of progressive consulting and analytics experience and client-facing
roles in the payments industry
• Working experience of data analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Hadoop
• Payments expertise with thorough understanding of digital payments lifecycle
and Issuing/Acquiring/payment network processing
• Strategic thinking, curiosity and strong sense of initiative to find answers to
challenging questions
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to focus, prioritize and maintain order
while engaged across multiple simultaneous projects
• Ability to translate complex data into a simple, coherent message
• Strong in use of visuals and storytelling with data
