**VF Corporation** is looking for an exceptional **Analyst, Global Assurance** to join our Global Assurance team based in Stabio, Switzerland. **Let’s talk about the role!** The role involves actively participating in Global Assurance audits and advisory projects, defining within the team the audit scope with stakeholders, developing audit programs, conducting audits across various domains (Finance, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, HR), and preparing reports. The position also supports divisions and subsidiaries by evaluating business practices and recommending improvements to processes and controls. We expect that you will deliver unbeatable results whilst fulfilling the following aspects of the Analyst, Global Assurance role (primary accountabilities): + Collaborate in creating audit programs + Work in team to conduct the audit/review + Prepare reports of findings and recommendations and present to Management + Evaluate and recommend to divisions and subsidiaries improvements to business practices, processes, and control procedures **Skills for Success** To succeed as Analyst, Global Assurance, you must confirm and complete the scope of the audit with the relevant owner or audit liaison. Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills will help you getting the divisions and subsidiaries on board with recommended improvements to business practices, processes, and control procedures.
