Analyst, Fleet Warranty-2 (Hybrid)

This role will manage day-to-day warranty processes and ensure that all necessary information is timely, accurate and complete. This role will work to continuously improve the warranty process for the Fleet organization.

Flexible Work Policy: The Fleet Warranty Analyst position has been segmented as Hybrid, meaning the work is a combination of onsite (only 2 days per month to our corporate headquarters in Rosemont, IL).

RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Monitor Maximo system for equipment failures and assess need for new claims
• Review manufacturer recommendations based on external systems and initiate claims
• Ensure that all warranty paperwork is documented, properly archived, and proper records management is applied
• Utilize vendor systems to track claim status and progress
• Investigate warranty claims and work to resolve, properly escalating whenever required
• Provide accurate and professional communications among all stakeholders, suppliers, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
• Maintain and manage claims workflow, ensuring accurate records are submitted, returned, rejected, and/or paid in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned by manager, such as fuel operations.

RELATIONSHIPS
• Internal: Field Operations, Procurement, Safety, Finance  
• External: Warranty Vendors and Suppliers

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Hybrid: This role is partially remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a combined home-based and office-based environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 0 –1 year experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with the ability to present clear and concise information to key stakeholders 

EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, information technology, business operations, supply chain, finance, economics, OR equivalent experience 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in supply chain management, business, and/or distribution environments, or related field
 

This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds).  The expected base rate for this role is between

$50,000 - $80,000
