We are recruiting an Analyst, Distribution Planning – MedTech NA for our Logistics Strategy and Planning team in the MedTech sector, focused on providing data-driven solutions to enhance distribution site results. This role will support the Deliver Integrated Business Planning process across our Distribution network, collaborating with Transportation, Franchise Operations, Deliver Excellence, IBP, and supply chain partners. You will gain deep supply chain experience, especially in warehousing, and learn Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes. The position offers opportunities to drive process improvements, strengthen leadership skills, and further develop analytical expertise.
You will assist in implementing sales and operations planning strategies, help enhance our skills to provide valuable strategic insights, and guide our progress toward a unified IBP process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support the development and execution of site S&OP and S&OE processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with KPI requirements.
+ Create and update visualizations and dashboards for monthly site reviews, business partners, and leadership, ensuring data clarity and actionable insights.
+ Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting to support inventory management, distribution, and operational decision-making.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Inventory, Transportation, Finance, Distribution) to share forecast volumes, address operational gaps, and support strategic initiatives.
+ Partner with Finance/Deliver to compile actuals and year-to-go forecasts for financial cycles; attend Distribution Capacity Planning prioritization and ensure plan file compliance
+ Cultivate and develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements
+ Demonstrate commitment to professional growth through ongoing training and development in analytical tools and business processes.
+ Demonstrate a sense of urgency to deliver product on time and ensures accuracy in data presented
**Qualifications**
**Education:** A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree is required; Advanced degree preferred
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ Relevant work experience
+ Supply Chain or Logistics experience
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working on multi-functional teams
+ Experience or solid understanding of Data & Analytics, with demonstrated business results in optimizing business processes
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
**Preferred:**
+ Experience in Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation, Finance or Distribution
+ Demonstrated ability and desire to learn and optimize new systems and applications
+ Experience or understanding of capabilities of Data Visualization or Automation Tools (PowerBI, Alteryx)
**Other:**
+ May require up to 10% of domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$65,000.00 - $104,650.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
