The team you will be a part of The Digital Marketing team develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience and analyzes their effectiveness. Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management.This role in summary

Whirlpool Corp is searching for a passionate Digital Marketing Analyst as part of our Regional team.

 

Professional with experience in BI, Analytics, CRM.

 

Will be responsible for implementing data collection structures, ensuring data integrity, conducting advanced analyses, and delivering insights that support strategic decisions in digital channels.



Your responsibilities will include

Data Modeling and Light Engineering

Structure and maintain raw and refined databases in BigQuery for analysis

Create simple pipelines with SQL for transformation and normalization of digital data

Create data segments

 

Creation of Dashboards

Develop reports in Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar, with a focus on self-service

Implement alerts or automations for anomaly monitoring

 

Digital Performance Analysis and Monitoring

Monitor key metrics

 

Implementation and Tracking

Plan and execute event tracking via Google Tag Manager



Minimum requirements

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Knowledge of SQL and practical experience with BigQuery, especially with the GA4 export schema.

Experience in data modeling.

Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

Experience implementing and maintaining tracking solutions across various digital properties.

Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentations, variations, and best practices for causal analysis.

Good communication with technical and non-technical teams.

Analytical curiosity and structured reasoning.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in person/remote) in a global multi-cultural team environment.

Preferred skills and experiences

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript for automation, tag validation, or customized analyses.

Experience in e-commerce environments or large-scale digital projects.

Experience in VTEX.

Experience with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) for attribution and performance analyses.

Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices for versioning/tracking documentation.

Excellent analytical skills. 

Project management.

AI Knowledge will be a plus.
