As an Analyst, Customer Marketing Operations, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nBuild, segment, target, track, test, deploy and monitor performance of personalized email, push and text-message (SMS) campaigns using our email service provider (ESP), Braze\nDevelop and utilize HTML/CSS and email/mobile marketing best practices to create and code templates and interactive customer experiences\nDevelop partnerships with outside vendors, internal constituents and other departments to support ensure goals remain aligned\nCollaborate with Customer Marketing Operations leadership and the wider marketing team to develop and implement new and creative approaches to customer and business problems\nExecute the directives of Hilton's mission, demonstrating the ability to work in a group dynamic\nChampion the “Customer-Centric” mindset, driving customer-first thinking\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nYou will work with the Marketing and Technology teams to develop, test, and execute complex, personalized email and mobile communications to tens of millions of customers.\nYou will collaborate with industry-leading digital marketers on global campaigns using modern technologies that transform our guests' experiences.\n\nWhat projects you will take ownership of:
\n\nYou will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Marketing, Technology, Data, and Creative — to manage campaign workflows, gather business requirements, perform quality assurance, and report on campaign performance.\nYou will coordinate marketing initiatives to ensure they are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with maximum impact.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nThree (3) years experience in email or mobile marketing\nExperience with at least two of the following languages: HTML, CSS, Liquid\nExperience with email editing software or enterprise email marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Figma)\nExperience using HTML, CSS, or XSLT\nExperience with Word, PowerPoint, MicroStrategy, JSON\nExperience conceptualizing and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nHybrid schedule from Dallas, TX office (3 days per week in office)\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nBA/BS Bachelor's Degree in marketing, data analytics or a comparable field\nWorking knowledge of GIT (SourceTree), Postman, JIRA\nUnderstanding of email mobile marketing industry trends and best practices\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
