Education, experience and skills:
• Background in financial principles normally acquired through formal secondary and/or tertiary level education in Administration or work experience in similar positions.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel)
• Understanding and the ability to use various systems that Credit Team and locations use
• Languages: fluency in English
• Good computer and typing skills. Administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently, set own priorities and organize the daily work in the most efficient manner.
• Ability to analyze analytical issues and solve them.
• Understanding basics of a business report

The Credit is a centralized organization, located in Székesfehérvár, Hungary. This group provides credit and financial administrative support services for Howmet locations across the Globe.
Howmet is currently in search of a Analyst, Credit, Statement Service supporting our Credit organisation in Székesfehérvár.
Key activities:
• Keep Statement Dashboard and Control file up-to-date.
• Prepare special statements
• Release statements daily as per the process.
• Provide invoice copies, code invoices per request using multiple ERP systems, code invoices
• Register email traffic, archive
• Provide daily/monthly reports/statistics
• Alert Collection Team of any discrepancy and work together on resolution
• Raise efficiency, support continuous improvement
