What you will do-
The Analyst, Commercial Planning is aligned with the selling division and will support Business Unit Sales, Marketing and Finance for all forecasting, inventory planning, Product Lifecycle Management and order management related activities. You will collaborate with Commercial and GQO process partners who impact inventory to ensure inventory levels are optimized to support the needs of the business. You will be expected to be aware of & monitor key business performance indicators and, if possible, to ensure proactive risk avoidance is performed in advance of business interruptions. This person will be responsible for PLCM related activities, including planning for phase in & phase out of the product portfolio and the support of product rationalization evaluations. This person must have strong analytical skills as well as communication, and influence.
What you need-
Bachelor's degree - required0+ years experience - required2+ years of Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management/Forecasting, Inventory. Management, Sales Operations/Planning, Finance/Accounting or relevant experience - preferredExperience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools (SAP, or equivalent) and Demand Planning statistical modeling tools (Demantra) - highly preferredTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
