Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

This team supports Advisors contracting and procurement processes following Sourcing, Legal, and finance policies and procedures

As part of Business Operations team, manage the end to end process for Contingent Workers on behalf of Services Europe. Manage contractual operations through the p2p process
and interface with business and suppliers on requirements for delivery

All About the Role

•\tPrimary support for signature of European Contracts.
o\tCoordinating contracting signatures across sales, legal, and external clients and vendors
o\tSupporting efforts to streamline and automate
•\tExecute across Workday (personnel, Coupa (procurement), and Oracle (financial) systems to onboard contingent workers and fulfil 3rd party agreements
•\tClassify contract to the new Contingent Worker taxonomy
•\tEnter profiles into Workday
•\tHandling contractual operations and follow up
o\tStatement of Work preparation
o\tVendor onboarding for Advisors Delivery and The Source integration for p2p
o\tInvoice receiving and tracking
o\tPayments to vendors
o\tDocumentation of invoices
•\tHelping the coordination and communication of vendors
•\tSupporting other contractual and administrative works in case there is a need


All About You

•\tExperience procurement or paralegal with knowledge of service contracts
•\tStrong organizational skills
•\tStrong attention to details, multi-tasker, written and oral communication skills
•\tFamiliar with Workday, Coupa and Oracle systems a plus
•\tMS Word and Excel skills
•\tAbility to work in fast paced dynamic environment
