About the role
The Analyst will support the VP of Business Management, International and be an integrated part of the global Business Management Team in driving the execution, coordination, and analytical oversight of Brookfield’s Private Wealth fundraising business across APAC and EMEA. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management (CRM), fundraising operations, sales enablement, and strategic analysis, providing critical support to senior leadership as Brookfield continues to scale its private wealth platform across the entire spectrum of alternative investment strategies.
The Analyst will act as a business manager and thought partner to the VP and the International CRM / fundraise team, ensuring disciplined execution against fundraising objectives, strong coordination across internal stakeholders, and high-quality reporting and insights for senior management.

Fundraising Operations & Business Management
Support day-to-day management of the regional private wealth fundraising business, including flows, pipelines, and fundraising targets across markets and products.Track fundraising progress across all strategies, including subscriptions, redemptions, and launch/close timelines.Maintain and analyze CRM and pipeline data, ensuring accuracy, discipline, and consistent reporting standards.Prepare regular management dashboards/reports, highlighting performance versus targets, risks, and areas requiring action.Coordinate closely with product, operations, legal, compliance, marketing, etc. to support fund launches, approvals, and ongoing fundraising activity.Sales Enablement & Regional Coordination
Support International sales leadership with territory analysis, account prioritization, and coverage insights.Assist in the preparation of materials for key distributor meetings, roadshows, and senior client engagements.Coordinate logistics and execution of regional initiatives, client events, and strategic campaigns.Ensure sales teams are aligned on product positioning, capacity constraints, and operational considerations.Reporting, Governance & Process Improvement
Own recurring management reporting and help standardize KPIs across the region in line with global private wealth objectives.Drive improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and CRM discipline.Support internal governance, approvals, and compliance processes related to fundraising activities.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability as the private wealth platform grows.Strategic Analysis & Decision Support
Provide analytical support to evaluate sales productivity and client engagement.Analyze investor behavior, ticket sizes, geographic flows to inform regional fundraising strategy.Assist in preparing materials and insights for senior management, internal committee, and global leadership discussions.Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as a key point of coordination between the CRM team and internal stakeholders, including:Regional and global sales leadershipProduct and investment teamsLegal, compliance, operations, and marketingPrepare clear, concise written and presentation materials for senior stakeholders.Anticipate issues, flag risks early, and help drive timely resolution.About you
Bachelor’s degree with ~3 years of experience in asset management, alternatives, private wealth, banking, or a related analytical role.Strong understanding of alternative investments and private wealth distribution models preferred.Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership.Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.Candidates with a global mindset and experience working across regions, cultures, and time zones are highly valued.Brookfield is committed to maintaining a Positive Work Environment that is safe and respectful; our shared success depends on it.
