The Analyst will support the Senior Director, ARA in executing on internal audit project management and transformational initiatives within ARA. This entails having a foundational understanding of the audit process and audit tools, and in-depth expertise in organization and coordination to effectively support priorities within our team. The Analyst will be a self-starter and demonstrate discipline and effective communication skills. This position demands an agile, proactive, and organized team member committed to driving excellence in department deliverables and advancing business practices.
This hybrid role can be based out of our Flower Mound, TX; Mahwah, NJ; or Portage, MI offices (1 day per week in office).

What you will do
Design, maintain, and publish dashboards with ARA key performance indicators for team and stakeholder reporting.
Manage ARA SharePoint and intranet sites, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and meaningful.
Maintain critical departmental documents, including schedules, training logs, playbooks, templates, and distribution lists.
Leverage AuditBoard to track issues, follow up with audit team members, and ensure data accuracy.
Support team operations by maintaining org charts, stakeholder matrices, tracking hours, budgets, and expenses.
Coordinate team growth and development efforts, including certifications, guest auditor programs, and recruitment documentation.
Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback, track action items, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with leadership and consultants on spend tracking, compliance reporting, and innovation initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration
Preferred:
Professional working experience
Experience working with audit software (e.g. AuditBoard or a similar platform) and SharePoint
Professional certification such as a CPA, CIA, or CISA
Experience creating dashboards using tools such as Power BI, or similar platforms
$60,100 - $121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
