About the Role

To support effective communication between the agency team and agency force, ensuring smooth dissemination of updates, campaign launches, and internal alignment through well-managed communication platforms and content. Assists department heads/supervisor in maintaining a smooth, effective, and efficient daily operations of Agency. Provides all-round and comprehensive operational service to agents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Craft and distribute internal updates, memos, and announcements to agents via WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.Coordinate regular communications from HQ to field force to ensure clarity and consistency.Prepare key messages, FAQs, talking points, and leadership communications.Assist in launching and communicating sales campaigns, contests, and initiatives.Ensure all campaign communication materials are clear, concise, and agent friendly.Create engaging and simplified content such as digital newsletters, WhatsApp messages, and visual materials.Translate technical/product updates into understandable formats for agents.Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and brand voice across all channels.Manage communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp groups, email campaigns, internal portals).Oversee the agency contacts database (CRM), ensure its accurate, updated, and segmented properly.Set internal guidelines for proper use and upkeep of communication tools.Assist in managing communication calendars and timelines.Follow up on case handling, internal alignments, and cross-team coordination.Support the supervisor in maintaining workflow structure and accountability across functions.Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Product, Compliance, HR, Marketing) to align messaging.Act as the point-of-contact for communication needs related to the agency force.Deliver allocated events and projects, undertaking detailed logistical planning, assist in execution and administration as necessary.Coordinate event logistics such as venue booking, vendor coordinating and transportation arrangements and report back to the reporting manager/Team lead.Provide on-site support during events, including, registration, crowd management and troubleshooting.Create detailed event timelines, schedules and checklists to ensure smooth process.Handle administrative task assigned by the supervisor to assist the agency operation.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.Minimum two years’ proven work experience in marketing, communications or a related field.Strong understanding of multi-channel communication systemsStrong verbal and written communication skills in both English & Burmese is a mustBasic knowledge of content development for internal communications (eg. Newsletter, Social Media messages, email updates)Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders.Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & comfortable with digital platforms (eg. WhatsApp & Outlook)Outstanding written communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills.Ability to adapt style and messaging for a wide variety of channels and audiences.Strong communication skills and ability to work with colleagues across a range of skills and expertise.Ability to organize, plan and manage projects simultaneously, troubleshooting to meet deadlines
