Make it your own unique way.** Under close supervision, you will classify, examine, and analyze accounting records, prepare financial reports and statements, and perform special projects as needed. You will also support other accounting and external reporting activities. **How you will contribute:** You will: + Support accounting and external reporting activities, including accurate and timely submission of US GAAP reporting, as well as the timeliness and integrity of statutory financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, KPIs, fixed assets, restructuring, and intercompany transactions. As needed, you will also support activities performed by Mondelēz International Business Services/third-party service providers during month/quarter/year-end closing, statistical reporting, and statutory audits. + Contribute to maintaining a robust control and compliance environment and adhere to Mondelēz International's AER policy. You will also support audit activities and provide information upon auditor request. + Perform special projects and analyses as requested. + Embrace a continuous improvement mindset. You will bring experience and knowledge in: + TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in accounting and external reporting, including an understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP, closing processes, and financial reporting systems (SAP experience preferred). + BUSINESS ACUMEN and knowledge of policy, controls, and compliance development, including SOX reporting. Experience in the FMCG/CPG industry or with "Big Four" companies will be an advantage. + LEADERSHIP SKILLS, including strong communication skills. Ability to work in a results-oriented team. + GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to leverage technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
