And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **A Brief Overview** Establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports, and safeguarding the organization's assets. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports. **What you will do** + Analyzes financial data, prepares financial reports, and provides insights to support decision-making and ensure compliance with accounting standards. + Conducts ratio analysis, profitability analysis, and other analytical techniques to provide insights into the financial health of the organization. + Assists in the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. + Analyzes financial performance, trends, and key metrics to identify patterns, variances, and areas for improvement. + Participates in the design and implementation of control procedures to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets. + Contributes to cost control measures, assesses the impact of cost changes on profitability, and provides recommendations for optimizing expenses. + Ensures accuracy, adherence to accounting standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements. + Supports the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial data and insights. + Promotes a culture of continuous improvement within the organization or client engagements and stays updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions and drive ongoing improvement initiatives. **Required Qualifications** + 0-2 years work experience with Accounting knowledge/exposure. + Experience with Microsoft Excel. **Preferred Qualifications** + Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills **Education** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $102,081.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
