Role:
The Performance and Compliance Analyst serves as the operational pillar for performance management and compliance activities for our Client. This role focuses on coordinating meetings, tracking performance metrics, managing data collection processes, and ensuring seamless execution of reporting requirements. Working closely with the Performance and Compliance Specialist, the Analyst ensures all administrative, coordination, and data management activities run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Performance & Compliance Processes & Reporting
Track and document transaction completion rates against deadlines
Support Performance & Compliance Specialist in data collection, tracking, documentation updates and reports preparation
Maintain Client-prescribed report formats ensuring accuracy and completeness through quality control processes
Support compilation of statistics across regions, gathering data from multiple sources and ensuring consistency
Reporting and Administration
Global Monthly Work in Progress (WIP) Report - coordination of monthly statuses` updates by TM and PDS teams
Collecting monthly statuses for each active transaction from the brokers in EMEA– reaching out to broker every month to get the status of each active project
Submitting Pega abstraction cases each completed project. Uploading lease abstract to Compliance SharePoint and sharing with Client by email
Ad hoc tasks: cash flow, support on Portfolio Review deck and other admin support if required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Real Estate, Communications, or related field
2-4 years relevant business experience with demonstrated coordination and administrative capabilities
Experience in real estate, professional services, or performance management environments preferred
Proven track record in project coordination, meeting management, and cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data organization and report preparation
Experience with survey platforms, data collection tools, and project management systems
Basic understanding of database management and data organization principles
Knowledge of document management systems and quality control processes
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal Business English skills
Coordination skills
Attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills with proactive approach to identifying and resolving coordination challenges
Client service orientation with commitment to meeting stakeholder expectations and maintaining service excellence
Reliability and accountability in meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality standards
