If you are passionate about engineering, optimization, and innovation, this curricular internship in the Manufacturing Engineering (MFE) team is the perfect opportunity to get hands-on experience and see the real impact of your work.
You will join a young and dynamic team that works every day to make production processes more efficient, faster, and more reliable, directly contributing to the company’s results. You will have the chance to participate in real projects, collaborate with industry professionals, and grow in a highly technological environment.
You will be involved in the assembly and testing area of hydraulic valves, where you will analyze and improve the interface systems between the test benches and the products under test. The goal? To reduce or eliminate changeover time by creating smart solutions that increase productivity and flexibility on the lines.
In practice, you will:
Study operational workflows and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
Design or propose mechanical/ergonomic improvements to clamping and interface systems.
Support testing, validation, and on-field implementation activities.
Contribute to defining standards and best practices for future projects.
QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Interest in process optimization, continuous improvement, and industrial engineering topics.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in a technical environment.
