The Role

The role of a Technical Functional Analyst requires a professional figure capable of effectively interacting with developers, technical/functional analysts, functional or client demand references, autonomously managing deliveries, and organizing their work efficiently. The person must be proactive in defining technical solutions, possess excellent user request management and analysis skills, and be willing to develop their career in the management of application projects.

Who You Are

General Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics, or related disciplinesExcellent knowledge of the English languageStrong interest in business processes and technology3-5 years of previous experience in the relevant field as a functional analystAt least 1 year of experience in application developmentAbility and desire to stay constantly updated on industry regulationsExcellent knowledge of the English language

Management and Technical Skills:

Autonomy in managing deliveries and organizing one's workExcellent ability to manage user requests and analysisExcellent ability to translate user requirements/functional analysis into detailed requirements for developersAbility to design and execute functional test plans to ensure solutions meet defined requirementsAbility to communicate with both the business area and the IT areaMotivation and predisposition to problem-solvingFamiliarity with managing work plans and Gantt chartsAdvanced knowledge of PL/SQLAbility to gather business requirements, functional analysis, and technical analysisSpecific skills for the reference areaAbility and desire to stay constantly updated on industry regulations

AML Area:

Knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulationsPreferential familiarity with major market products

COGE Area:

Knowledge of the main areas related to general accounting (civil balance sheets, journal books, Bank account plan circular 154/balance sheet schemes 262, internal income statements)Preferential experience with accounting software and ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Supervisory Reporting Area:

Knowledge of industry regulations (MIFID, Basel III, AML, credit reporting, account matrix, etc.)

Registry Area:

Knowledge of the functional areaKnowledge of industry regulations (Circular 302, GDPR, etc.)
