El Analista es responsable de planear las ventas de las unidades de negocio de la Región Andina, incluyendo productos importados y fabricados, garantizando el funcionamiento del modelo de planeación a través de la administración del portafolio y de los pedidos, la elaboración, revisión y seguimiento del forecast por medio de métodos estadísticos e información de los clientes y el mercado,ejecutando los sistemas informáticos de manera óptima para evitar faltantes y mantener el nivel de servicio pactado.
Responsabilidades principales:
Recopilar y depurar información histórica de ventas para generar pronósticos estadísticos y construir el plan mensual de demanda.Elaborar y actualizar el forecast para servir de base en el consenso de demanda y ajustar cifras a presupuestos y estimados financieros.Liderar la reunión mensual de pre-meeting de demanda del S&OP para oficializar las cifras estimadas de venta a 12 meses.Participar en reuniones de seguimiento de abastecimiento con áreas operativas para garantizar flujo de información y materiales.Consolidar informes diarios de planeación para generar acciones correctivas y preventivas sobre abastecimiento y producción.Requisitos:
Educación: Profesional en ingeniería industrial, procesos, administración o afines.Experiencia: Preferiblemente 1 a 2 años en inventarios, planeación, logística o compras.Habilidades técnicas: Manejo básico de Excel, Power BI y Oracle.Habilidades analíticas para interpretar datos.Comunicación efectiva para coordinar con diferentes áreas.Ingles básico/ Intermedio.Benefits included will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process, like medical benefits, life insurance and more.
