If so, let's start the conversation. **Analista de Relacionamento Junior** Vai atuar de forma remota no relacionamento com clientes através de canais como telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail, entre outros com foco em gerar oportunidades de vendas. Responsável por identificar oportunidades de negócio, entender as necessidades dos clientes, apresentar soluções de forma objetiva e consultiva, e realizar vendas que garantam qualidade na implantação e satisfação do cliente. Foco constante na superação de metas comerciais e excelência no atendimento. Ter conhecimento do portifólio disponivel para identificar a melhor oferta para as necessidades dos clientes. **Principais Responsabilidades** + Manter contato constante com os clientes, construindo relacionamento e fidelização através de um atendimento consultivo e humanizado; + Apresentar os produtos de forma clara, objetiva e estratégica, utilizando os canais digitais disponíveis; + Atuar com foco em metas mensais, trimestrais e anuais, contribuindo para os resultados do time de vendas; + Garantir excelência no atendimento e no processo de implantação das vendas realizadas, visando a satisfação do cliente; + Sanar dúvidas e propor soluções de forma proativa, sempre com foco em conversão e retenção. **Escolaridade Requerida** + Ensino Superior em andamento.
