Our team is responsible for preparing bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment, working on the basis of a predefined sales plan.

As a Proposal Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Support the development of proposalsPrepare, compile and submit required tender documentationPrepare the cost model for the commercial opportunityFollow up with other functions to obtain needed informationElaborate the deal budgetHandle the CRM and ERP systemsLead proposals for standardized products/spare parts with pre-defined options (flow proposals)Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and pricesDiscusses sales approach with Tender Manager or Commercial LeaderSupport on the preparation of the business case slidesAnalyse the commercial data base and prepare required reports

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Law / Administration / Economics / Accounting / Finance) or up to 1 year pending to graduate from universityOR; Have Bachelor’s degree in other area but strong analytical and mathematics capabilitiesExperience in Commercial Proposals, Costing, Contracts, Finance, Sourcing or Project ManagementHave an organized approach to problem solving with good analytical skillsBe a natural, proactive communicator with good customer service skillsDemonstrate interpersonal and leadership skillsHave advanced English proficiency (will be tested)Have intermediate Microsoff OfficeHave ability to deal with pressure and workload seasonality
