LATAM Senior Business Consultant
ADP ESI is seeking to recruit a Senior Business Consultant based in Brazil to support Sales in LATAM.
In this pre-sales position, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your ADP service expertise and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges particularly related to Payroll and integration with Core HR solutions.
You will be expected to support multicountry sales through the sales process, support customers through presentation and demonstration as well as transition to the implementation and service teams. The successful candidate will also develop effective sales strategies with multicountry sales force, discuss Time Management product requirements with customers and analyze competitors' actions in the market.
The candidate must have effective communication skills and be service focused, results oriented and be able to multi-task and meet deadlines. She/he will work with others in a demanding, fast-paced environment with a commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client facing activities:
· Support strategic selling in large multinational companies’ environment.
· Increase sales performance by presenting Payroll, Time and Attendance and Human Resources strategies and business solutions to prospects and clients.
· Understand client business expectations and configure the solution to demonstrate ADP's ability to solve client issues.
· Understand and align customer requirements with ADP’s portfolio .
· Communicate with different audiences, appropriately adjust functional and technical content to meet different audience knowledge and interest, and participate on meetings with different audience levels.
· Understand and support HR transformation discussion with prospects.
· Creatively and quickly respond to challenging questions with sound business acumen.
· Liaise with internal partners for effective solution outcomes for the client.
· Utilize compelling presentation skills including the ability to take complex subjects and distil into a simplistic message to ensure that our clients/prospects understand the value and benefit of our services and solutions.
· Support RFP response process and scripted demonstrations within domain area of expertise.
· Demonstrate strategic and ethical use of competitive knowledge and intelligence.
· Support the negotiation process on the contractual business appendixes (Implementation, Service Definition and Service Level Agreement).
· Participate in marketing events.
2. Operational Support:
· Work with other members of the Global Business Consulting team.
· Have the ability to work and perform under pressure in a multicultural sales environment.
· Have the ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
· Coordinate the answers to customer requests.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
· Show and demonstrate offering's value.
· Participate in sales calls and meetings.
· Work closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Implementation, Product and Client Service teams
· Keep up to date with product developments and improvements.
· Work with the domain specialists to get information and updates on the offering.
· Attend onsite meetings and potentially travel to meet prospects.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Language:
Portuguese: Native speaker/writer or fluent
English: Advanced speaker/writer or fluent
Spanish: Advanced speaker/writer or fluent
Candidate should have high level of skill in technical writing in English language as well as be able to communicate in Spanish in an advanced level. He(she) should be able to summarize or rephrase some answer provided by subject matter expert or existing content, depending on the level of details required by the RFP.
Candidate must be also comfortable with talking in English/Spanish with diverse audiences, appropriately adjusts technical content to meet differing knowledge and interest, and juggling meetings with multiple audience levels.
Preferred Expertise/Skills
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
· Experience as Pre-Sales Consultant or in similar roles (HR/Payroll Admin, Technical writer, Pre-sales, Sales)
· Human Resources and/or Payroll background
· High level of mastery of the MS Office suite is mandatory
· Knowledge on HCM and ADP offerings is a big plus
· Knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing is desired
· Is resourceful, self-driven, prospect/client focused, time and project management capabilities
· Self-motivated and confident
· Enthusiastic and ambitious – has a clear desire to progress within a large organization by continuously upskilling
· Collaborative, team player with strong self-starter attitude
· Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings
