Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** * Traduzir requisitos de negócio em histórias de usuário claras, com critérios de aceitação definidos; * Facilitar a comunicação entre PO e equipe técnica, garantindo entendimento dos requisitos; * Apoiar o PO na priorização do backlog e no planejamento e refinamento de histórias; * Identificar GAPs em requisitos funcionais e não funcionais, incluindo fluxos alternativos e exceções; * Garantir que as histórias atendam aos personas da jornada do usuário; * Participar do refinamento com Tech Lead e apoiar a squad durante a execução; * Quebrar e refinar histórias junto ao PO, seguindo os critérios de DoR do projeto; * Dar suporte à squad para entendimento das histórias e alinhamento de requisitos. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experiência em levantamento e análise de requisitos de negócio; * Liderança de times e pessoas; * Conhecimento em Jira e Confluence; * Familiaridade com ferramentas auxiliares: Figma, Salesforce (visão funcional), Power BI, Miro/Mural; * Boa comunicação, clara e objetiva; * Formação superior completa; * Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido em São Paulo (SP). **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Desejável experiência com Salesforce - Financial Service Cloud; * Desejável vivência no segmento bancário/e ou investimentos.
