**Job Description** **Hybrid:** This position requires on-site presence three times per week. **What you will do (Responsibilities):** + Plan and manage parts logistics based on demand, serving the Chevrolet Logistics Centers in Argentina and Brazil, as well as Chevrolet Dealers in both countries. + Develop action plans and coordinate with international suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery, including managing delivery windows. + Analyze parts programming using SAP, including demand forecasting, safety stock, inventory levels, and ABC curve analysis. + Monitor the entire supply chain: suppliers, logistics providers, and customs. + Manage special import requirements such as INMETRO, import licenses, and certificates of origin. + Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing inventory, minimum lot sizes, forecasts, and demand. + Track supplier performance and maintain strong interfaces with purchasing, logistics, customs, engineering, and warehouse teams. + Develop strategies to resolve critical cases in collaboration with engineering, including optional parts and OEM transfers, with a focus on customer satisfaction. + Explore alternative solutions for customer service, including network part purchases and replacements. + Participate in S&OP meetings to align with marketing plans, sales campaigns, demand shifts, and inventory reduction strategies. **Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):** + Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. + Advanced knowledge of supply chain management, international trade (import/export), and financial principles. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, with advanced skills in Excel and Access. + Advanced English proficiency. + Core competencies: Results orientation, urgency, negotiation, decision-making agility, teamwork, perseverance, proactivity, analytical thinking, and resilience. **What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):** + Master’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics. + Certifications in supply chain or international trade. + Experience in the automotive or logistics industry. + Familiarity with customs regulations and logistics performance indicators (KPIs). \#LI-PSM **About GM** Our vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all. **Why Join Us** We believe we all must make a choice every day – individually and collectively – to drive meaningful change through our words, our deeds and our culture.
