Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our North American Accounts Receivable team.

In this role, you will be responsible for independently managing an account portfolio to minimize delinquency and ensure healthy cash flow. You will be part of an ever-evolving global organization focused on transformation and innovation, working in a culture of belonging where your voice is valued.

Our team is a high-impact group that interacts continuously with American clients and internal sales and billing departments to drive excellence in customer service and collections.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Independently manage a month-over-month account portfolio to minimize delinquency rates and achieve target results through proactive customer contact via phone and email

Collaborate with District, Area, Division, and Corporate teams to resolve billing disputes and identify issues causing payment delays.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards by documenting all collection efforts in Oracle and adhering to Iron Mountain department and company policies.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

1-2 years of experience in Call Center or Collections environments.

Strong knowledge of Finance or Business principles, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Oracle systems.

Proven ability in conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving using independent judgment in fast-paced environments.

Degree in Business or Finance and an advanced level of English (essential for interacting with North American clients).
