RME Planner

O Planejador de Engenharia de Manutenção de Confiabilidade é responsável pela gestão de ativos e peças de reposição, planejamento da manutenção preventiva e dados históricos de máquinas. Eles são o líder do site para o software CMMS (Sistema de Gestão de Manutenção Computadorizado) e são obrigados a extrair informações dele para apoiar o gerente de engenharia do site.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Ser o especialista (SME) no nível do site no software CMMS (Sistema de Gestão de Manutenção Computadorizado), treinar a equipe de engenharia local em seu uso e escalar questões conforme necessário.

• Garantir que o sistema seja executado de acordo com os padrões e participar de projetos e programas de melhoria para implementar nova funcionalidade, procedimentos, agendamento ou relatórios.

• Garantir que os níveis de equipamento, peças de reposição e estoque mínimo do site sejam corretamente registrados no sistema, a fim de garantir que os técnicos nunca fiquem sem as peças de que precisam.

• Garantir que o sistema preveja e atribua com precisão toda a manutenção preventiva necessária aos técnicos dentro da equipe, a fim de fornecer um alto nível de disponibilidade de equipamentos para nossos clientes internos.

• Compilar informações sobre equipamentos, métricas de desempenho e históricos de máquinas e fazer recomendações de melhorias com base em suas descobertas.

• Gerenciar os níveis de estoque de peças de reposição, fazer e acompanhar os pedidos conforme necessário. Trabalhar com aquisições e a network mais ampla para encontrar economias ou eficiências.
