Job Description
Hybrid:
For this position, it is required to be on site 3x/week.
What you will do (Responsibilities):
Manage the complete administrative process for direct sales operations (corporate, fleets, public entities), ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies.
Enter, monitor, and update orders in commercial systems, maintaining accurate and reliable information.
Oversee payment management to suppliers.
Coordinate with logistics, billing, and other areas to guarantee timely delivery of units.
Prepare management reports, track operations, and analyze goal achievement.
Support the commercial team in preparing documentation for bids, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain communication with corporate clients to provide order status updates and resolve administrative inquiries.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for internal sales administration processes.
Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):
Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
Previous experience (1–2 years) in administrative or commercial support roles, preferably in automotive, industrial, or capital goods sectors.
Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and commercial management systems.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Results-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
Advanced English level is a must.
What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in managing corporate accounts or public sector operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced reporting tools.
Knowledge of bidding processes and documentation requirements.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
