**Job Description**
**Hybrid:**
For this position, it is required to be on site **3x/week** .
**What you will do (Responsibilities):**
+ Manage the complete administrative process for direct sales operations (corporate, fleets, public entities), ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies.
+ Enter, monitor, and update orders in commercial systems, maintaining accurate and reliable information.
+ Oversee payment management to suppliers.
+ Coordinate with logistics, billing, and other areas to guarantee timely delivery of units.
+ Prepare management reports, track operations, and analyze goal achievement.
+ Support the commercial team in preparing documentation for bids, quotations, and presentations.
+ Maintain communication with corporate clients to provide order status updates and resolve administrative inquiries.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for internal sales administration processes.
**Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):**
+ Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
+ Previous experience (1–2 years) in administrative or commercial support roles, preferably in automotive, industrial, or capital goods sectors.
+ Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and commercial management systems.
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
+ Results-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
+ Advanced English level is a must.
**What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):**
+ Experience in managing corporate accounts or public sector operations.
+ Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced reporting tools.
+ Knowledge of bidding processes and documentation requirements.
+ Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
