Are you interested in joining a dynamic and growing professional organization? Raytheon is seeking a Deployment Agile Release Train (ART) subCPT (Cross Product Team) Lead. This role is responsible for the execution of a subset of Systems Engineering, Software, and Integration and Test scope for the AN/TPY-2 Programs. This ART is responsible for system level software and hardware integration, regression, and verification in the lab; buildup of strings in the lab; formal release of software; Subject Matter Expert SME support to deployed radars during upgrades or for key issues. The lead is responsible for the management, coordination, and execution of the technical scope, cost, and schedule across several geographic locations. The successful candidate will be expected to support proposal efforts in support of new business and the financial status and planning for the team, working with both internal and external stakeholders. They will also be responsible for staffing, discipline process knowledge sharing, and technical development of the team members.
**What You will Do:**
+ Lead a team of engineers across multiple disciplines
+ Manage and coordinate execution of technical scope, cost, and schedule
+ Establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with the team
+ Develop and manage financial and schedule plans for the team and generate regular status for key stakeholders
+ Ensure compliance with common processes across disciplines
+ Support new business efforts such as BOE development for proposals and RFI responses
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior experience in Systems Engineering, Software Development, and/or Integration & Test
+ Experience leading a technical team while managing execution of technical, cost and schedule performance
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Proven ability to interface with customers and lead technical solutions to complex user requirements
+ Prior experience with the AN/TPY-2 System and/or current Missile Defense programs with specific experience in large, complex systems
+ Familiarity with high level Software and Systems Integration and Test processes and workflow
+ Ability to understand radar systems technology in the areas of radar design and analysis
+ Experience developing basis of estimates (BOEs) and supporting proposal development
+ Experience supporting hiring activities, including interviews and staffing planning
+ Experience working within the Agile development practice
+ Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certified
+ Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
