With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and career growth, we offer a unique and empowering work environment that will help you achieve your full potential. **As the AMOC Project Manager (PM), you will:** + Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of C4I project resources + Ensure work standards are formulated and enforced + Create and manipulate schedules to meet real-time mission priorities + Review work discrepancies, supervise personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates + Lead a C4I multi-discipline team + Represent the company in all matters related to the contract + Assign and manage customer projects + Act in direct liaison with the government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and program managers + Ensure qualified personnel are available and prepared for travel to offsite locations as needed to support C4I systems and users **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + 10 years of experience in providing overall leadership, management, and supervision of C4I project resources + Supervisory/management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer-related fields + Strong understanding of C4I systems and project management principles + Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience working with DHS, CBP, and AMOC systems and personnel + Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies + Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $136000 - $231200 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
