As an Assembly Repair Maintenance Mechanic, you will be joining a team providing maintenance services to our valued customers. Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations
As an ARMO Mechanic, you will be responsible for:
Equipment inspection / redressing/ testing upon delivery; ship them to customer warehouse; ship them to customer warehouse; build and test sub-assemblies; updating MAPS tool component system, SAP System, and “PrideView” EP Server System/ InQuest server system update/ AMO Works center for maintenance information.Disassembling parts by un-fastening bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners, using hand tools and portable powered tools.Operating drill presses, punch presses, riveting machines to disassembly and assembly operation.Cleaning the components including motors, pumps, seals, shafts, stators, bearings.Performing repetitive mechanical activities, operates a crane/hoist to transport the tools to the torque machine and test unit.Service and redress Remedial and Stimulation equipment: Retrievable and service packers, Bridge plugs, Retrieving head, Drillable bridge plugs, Equalizing sub, safety join, Quick drill bridge plugs, and Wire line adapter kits.Service and redress downhole equipment’s in Workshop.Open Hole equipment: HRD-E, C-2, 2RH setting tools, DOBS tools, Hydraulic Tripping Subs, Mechanical and Rotating Dog subs, Tubing and Lower (Adapters) Swivels, Cementing Heads, RPOBs, SWAP CAP Tools, PBR Pack-Off Tools; Measuring spaces for stab up setting assembly into Liner Hanger equipment of different types.Cased Hole Completion equipment redresses: Hornet Packers, R-3 Packers On-Off tools, build and test completion sub-assembliesWorking to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standardsAssisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and qualityEnsuring the compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.Ensuring all work orders are completed with documentation in associated systemsPerforming data entry into respective systems timely and accurately

To be successful in this role you will:
Have technical background in Mechanics, Electrical Maintenance or Stationary Engineer.Have relevant industry experience (mechanics, oilfield, automotive) with excellent mechanical aptitudeShow good mechanical skills, and the ability to multitask whilst using technical equipmentBe able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skillsBe able to communicate in English on intermediate levelBe proficient in reading and interpreting methods and procedures, drawings, and parts lists
