As an AMO Supervisor you will work in our Midland, TX workshop overseeing the delivery of solutions to our Permian Basin customer base. You will contribute to the success of a larger team that plays an integral part in our business maintaining quality and safety of products delivered to the well site.
As an AMO Supervisor for Drilling Services in Midland, TX, you will be responsible for:
Daily Supervision of the AMO Technicians as well as oversight of the WH&Y Associates
Daily communication with Service Delivery and internal stakeholders on production status.
Local vendor management for repairs, inspections, PM’s of equipment under AMO Responsibility.
Ability to identify and communicate production challenges effectively.
Provide coaching and mentoring in areas of proven competence.
Site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures

To be successful in this role you will need:
Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 yrs of experience in Maintenance / Production / Supply Chain environment)
Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work without guidance. Great problem-solving skills.
Have great organizational and time management skills.
