Meet the productivity and quality % as per the objectives and maintain consistency. Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines to avoid Major or repeat comments in DRG, LOD audits, and CPR/GAO audits. Ensure audit observations are updated with proper root cause and corrective action. Ensure Flexibility and provide BCP support whenever required to meet our business requirements.  Attain 100% skillset in the process within one year by seeking appropriate support from the right stakeholders.  Being flexible in working different shifts, providing additional support on weekends based on volume forecast.
