That’s why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you’ve always envisioned. **What you will do in this role** As an **AML/ Anti-Financial Crime Analyst – Italian, Bucharest office** on our team, you will: + Process Transaction Monitoring alerts in a timely and accurate manner + Investigate patterns related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud, and TerroristFinancing (TF) + Draft clear and concise investigation summaries, highlighting any identified red flags + Escalate cases to the appropriate level when necessary + Perform RFIs (Requests for Information) to customers to obtain additionalinformation as needed + Draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with established templatesand guidelines, in the designated language of the respective market **Your qualifications** Concentrix is a great match if you: + Are fluent in written and spoken Italian (C1) with English written and spoken (B2) + Hold a Bachelor degree in Law, Banking, Economics, Finance, Criminal Justice or any other related degree and 2+ years of experience in Anti-Financial Crime, AML, or Compliance roles in Operations related fields (i.e., not equivalent to KYC back office tasks) + If no educational background in the previous mentioned fields, holds 3+ years of experience in Anti-Financial Crime, AML, or Compliance roles in Operations related fields (i.e., not equivalent to KYC back office tasks) + Hold professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA, or equivalent) or advanced degrees in arelated field.
