Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AMHS Manufacturing Manager responsible for leading new technology transfers, setting up new production lines, and managing wafer-focused manufacturing across multiple modules and departments. The role involves improving production processes to ensure smooth operations, managing people, and overseeing business functions related to wafer manufacturing.

ResponsibilitiesLead new technology transfers and set up new production lines.Manage wafer-focused manufacturing in multiple departments.Implement production improvements to ensure smooth operations.Oversee people management initiatives and business-related functions.Work in a 4nm Lab within the semiconductor industry.Utilize DFK or Muratec AMHS systems or other AMHS suppliers.Improve equipment productivity and delivery cycle time.Integrate machines and equipment to create an effective scheduling system.Collaborate with Engineering teams for process integration and yield improvement.Meet customer requirements through cross-functional cooperation.Essential SkillsExperience in the semiconductor industry with DFK or Muratec AMHS systems.Knowledge of scheduling systems or optimization algorithms.Understanding of machine learning/deep learning.Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).Solid technical understanding of IC processing equipment and integrated flows.Additional Skills & Qualifications1-10 years of experience in people management and development.Leading a team of at least 3 people with one engineer direct report.3-15 years of overall experience in the semiconductor industry.BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Automation Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.2+ years working with Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS).Work Environment

Work primarily takes place in the Fab and production floor environment, utilizing automated material handling systems and equipment. The role involves collaboration with various departments to enhance production processes and meet operational goals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
