Americas Services Go to Market (GTM) Segment Sales Operations Lead

The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area, and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.  

 

As an Americas Services Go to Market (GTM) Segment Sales Operations Lead, you will drive sales and go to market programs and accelerate Microsoft Unified and Consulting growth through a standard rhythm of the business in the Microsoft Federal, Defense Industrial Base, or commercial operating units.  This opportunity will allow you to drive sales operational rigor, nurture new Unified base, Enhanced Solutions, and Consulting opportunity while developing impactful relationships and influence across customer account teams.  

 

You will be responsible for driving execution of solution plays, key strategic programs to accelerate cloud usage and consumption through Microsoft Unified and Enhanced Solutions and Consulting Services. Through a standard RoB and partnership with our Unified go to market and programs teams, you will build deep relationships with services sellers and account teams to ensure scalable and repeatable sales engagement for revenue growth and value delivery across our One Services Portfolio.
