What this job involve?  The Performance & PgMO roll lead the integration of performance management and project governance to ensure established KPIs and SLAs are met while developing strategies for process improvement and creating opportunities to enhance results across regions. 

 

Work Adress: Paseo de la Reforma, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX

Work Schedule:  Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm

Work Modality: Hybrid 

 

What is your day to day?

Monitor contract performance against established KPIs and SLAs to ensure compliance and effectivenessAnalyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop strategies to improve processes and create opportunities to enhance resultsCreate accurate and insightful performance reports and presentations for managementConduct periodic performance reviews and provide actionable recommendationsLead project management teams through influence in a matrix organizationCreate and maintain project compliance standards across regionsDevelop and administer project quality excellence programsEstablish PMO community across PDS Platform and account teamsTake ownership of PMO specific goals on business plansResearch technology solutions to drive market differentiation and delivery efficienciesEnsure teams have tools, technology, and training to deliver enhanced client experiencesStandardize processes across regionsImplement lean methodologies and process improvementsRecruit, hire, develop, and inspire team membersCreate high-performing, diverse teams who thrive in an inclusive cultureMentor project management professionalsBuild confidence with clients and leadership through executive presenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendorsDeliver excellent client experiencesManage expectations and resolve performance-related issues

 

Desired experience and technical skills  

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field5+ years in project/contract management with performance monitoring experienceStrong analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasetsExcellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levelsProficient in spoken nd Written EnglishExperience with process improvement in large matrix organizationsSelf-starter who thrives in ambiguityTechnology savvy with focus on innovative solutions
