Requirements: + Conduct functional behavior and educational assessments to identify and address challenging behaviors. + Design individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies. + Train and empower families, caregivers, and school staff to implement effective techniques. + Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians, ensuring treatment integrity. + Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust interventions for Amergisum success. + Prepare clear, actionable behavior intervention plans and documentation. + Champion non-aversive, positive behavior change methods. Qualifications: + Current BCBA certification (or BCaBA under BCBA supervision). + Experience in school-based or home-based ABA programs preferred. + CPR certification. + Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence in ABA. + Ability to thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
