The Amenity Administration & Service Lead is directly accountable for the following typical activities within the site:

F&B experience is a plusTo be responsible for the operation of work café and pantries inside the buildingLobby Reception ManagementPreparation and tracking of accurate monthly reports of itemized food cost and regular consumption data to GREResponsible for the assigned equipment, storage and culinary facilities operational dutiesCustomer satisfaction is always achieved and exceeded; obtaining regular feedback and executing improvement plans based on feedbackSupport GRE in providing local events coordination and set upResponsible for ordering and inventory tracking of all goods purchased including check in/receiving and storageResponsible for Invoice and Payment process for vendors on JLL & client systems.Ensuring the effective organization and food safety complianceEvaluation of vendors and suppliers to ensure consistent high quality service delivery and ensure they are meeting contractual obligations to the clientReview vendor/supplier’s performance regularly and ensure they are meeting contractual obligations to the clientFollow established escalation procedures and incident reporting proceduresAdhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures, and strategiesHelp maintain monthly and quarterly budgets and report to JLL Regional Food and Beverage CoordinatorRecord, report to GRE and follow up any feedback or complaintsFollow up repair and maintenance of assigned equipment with vendors or on site techniciansSupervise and be responsible for the performance and duties of tea lady (vendor’s staff)Operational Financial Overview and subsidy managementGeneral procurement and contract management for third party vendorsVending (where applicable)
