Job Description We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Epic Ambulatory Trainer to support the training and education of clinical and operational staff on the Epic Ambulatory module. This onsite role in South Florida involves developing training materials, conducting classroom and one-on-one sessions, and ensuring end users are proficient in using Epic to support patient care and clinic operations. Skills and Requirements Epic Ambulatory Certification is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic training or clinical application support. Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and Epic system functionality. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.
