Ambulatory Patient Accounting Analyst - Remote
NTT DATA is currently seeking an **Ambulatory Patient Accounting Analyst** - to join our team. This is a 12-month TEMP role. (100% remote U.S.). **W2 directly applicants only (No Vendors or Agencies)** **Overview:** The Ambulatory Patient Accounting Analyst is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing ambulatory patient accounting systems. This role involves reviewing system capabilities, workflows, and limitations to enhance operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** + Gather requirements from ambulatory patient accounting users and translate them into specifications for programmers and developers. + Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support decisions on system implementation. + Collaborate with clients to understand their information processing and computational needs. + Design system architecture—including software, hardware, and communications—to support current and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces for ambulatory patient accounting platforms. **Required:** + Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience preferred. + 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting ambulatory patient accounting platforms/applications (e.g., Athena, Cerner/Oracle Health, Epic PB). + 3+ years of proven technical leadership in ambulatory patient accounting solutions, including analyzing alternatives and presenting technical options to stakeholders. + 3+ years of experience driving technical planning and solutions for ambulatory patient accounting software replacement, including design and justification of technical recommendations. + 3+ years of Deep knowledge and experience in ambulatory revenue cycle workflows, specifically patient accounting. **Preferred:** + Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. + Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures to technical assignments. + No experience in acute revenue cycle workflows is required. + Must be a self-starter who works independently and takes initiative. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
