Ambulatory Care Pharmacist

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, Monday- Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. You will work at the UW health Swedish American Hospital.


Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD Degree. RequiredCompletion of an ASHP-accredited residency training program. Preferred Licenses & CertificationsCurrent Pharmacist license from the State of Illinois or must obtain within 90 days of hire date.
