Get ready for an epic back to school experience! We’re bringing the ultimate tech playground to campuses during frosh week (orientation) across Canada, complete with the hottest gadgets, expert advice, and exclusive deals. Think interactive booths, cool demos, and all the gear students need to conquer the school year.
Wow students with an unforgettable back-to-school experience! We’ll partner with the top brands to create immersive experiences that showcase the best in tech. Best Buy is gearing up to tour 16 major colleges and universities during Frosh Week, engaging students and families as they prepare for the new school year.
This high-energy campaign will deliver interactive on-site activations, giving attendees the chance to experience, demo, and purchase essential back-to-school tech and gear—right when they need it most.
Whether it is a must-have gadget or a last-minute need, students and parents will enjoy hands-on opportunities to discover and shop. Meanwhile, event coverage will generate rich, engaging content to fuel ongoing brand visibility and extend the campaign’s reach far beyond the campus.

+ Create fun and memorable moments on campus—like surprise giveaways—that can be shared online
+ Bring excitement to students across the country by creating fun, surprise moments as they get ready for back to school.

+ Outgoing approachable personality with great communication skills
+ Reliability and commitment to the fun filled event
+ Ability to stand for 4 hours and lift light equipment
