Job Responsibilities
Greet every patient, guest, and UHS colleague promptly and warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere from the first point of contact.Consistently demonstrate UHS Values in all interactions, creating a positive and lasting impression on everyone encountered.Escort patients and guests safely throughout the facility, proactively assessing and accommodating individual mobility needs.Communicate and enforce UHS standard policies respectfully to promote safety and care for all guests and team members.Provide clear and concise information about the campus layout, available services, and programs to assist guests in navigating UHS facilities.Actively listen to guest inquiries and concerns, responding thoughtfully and ensuring their needs are addressed appropriately.Emphasize the importance of safety protocols during all interactions and follow up promptly when necessary to resolve issues.Collaborate and communicate effectively with department teams to ensure smooth and positive transitions when transferring guests or information.Maintain cleanliness and organization of mobility equipment, guest waiting areas, and public spaces to uphold a welcoming environment.Adhere strictly to patient confidentiality and comply with all departmental and organizational standards and policies.Remain attentive and approachable to provide ongoing support and assistance throughout a guest’s visit.Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay current with UHS policies and procedures.Position Qualifications
