ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the Skechers Amazon Catalog Database, updating it based on product life cycles and ensuring data hygiene.Track a variety of key information as the single source of truth that will enable the Amazon Sales Reps, Marketing, Site Experience, and Customer Service teams to work effectively and collaboratively.Identify and repair variation breaks on site through the development and execution of a ticket tracking process.Track new item set up timelines to ensure content is on site at launch.Conduct product availability scrubs.Review the Item Data Quality (IDQ) report for gap identification and corrective actions taken.Develop an Amazon A+ Product Matrix database and implement on site.Review monthly suppression and customer return data to improve health of the Amazon catalog.Track a variety of key business metrics on a weekly basis to enable the Amazon Marketing and Site Experience teams to operate.Collaborate with Amazon’s Strategic Vendor Services.Facilitate transfer of assets with international Amazon teams and agencies supporting team.Conduct ASIN swaps and content uploads as needed.Submit Vine Reviews.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Familiarity with Amazon’s Vendor or Seller Central (preferred).Proficiency in VBA coding.High attention to detail and comfortable working with Excel.Strong organizational and task-management sills.Self-motivation, adaptability, and drive to achieve results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Strong collaborative skills.Must be able to work on-site at our Hermosa and Manhattan Beach offices (5 days a week).The annual salary range for this position is $69,000 - $75,000 USD.
