We are looking for a commercially minded Amazon Advertising Manager to join a growing e-commerce team and help scale a best-in-class Amazon Ads offering. This role sits at the heart of performance marketing, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver full funnel strategies that drive measurable growth for a diverse client portfolio.

What you will be doingPlan, build and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Ads and DSP to meet and exceed client KPIsDeliver full funnel Amazon strategies that support brand awareness, consideration and conversionUse Amazon Ads Console, AMC and AI-powered tools to analyse performance and unlock growth opportunitiesPartner with e-commerce retail teams to align campaigns with stock availability, promotions and product launchesProduce clear, insight-driven reports with actionable recommendations for clientsLead client communication through regular updates, reviews and strategic discussionsAdvise clients on best practice Amazon advertising approaches to maximise commercial outcomesCollaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop engaging ad contentContinuously identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and efficiencyWhat we are looking forAround 2+ years’ experience in Amazon Advertising, performance marketing or a related e-commerce roleProven experience managing client campaigns and delivering against KPIsStrong knowledge of Sponsored Ads and DSP, with full funnel understandingExperience using AMC or similar analytics tools is highly desirableConfident in stakeholder management and client-facing communicationAnalytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insightIntermediate Excel skills such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP and formulasStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlinesComfortable working both independently and collaborativelyA proactive problem solver who looks for smarter, more efficient ways of workingAbility to create and deliver engaging presentations using PowerPointWhat you will bringCuriosity about e-commerce trends and digital innovationA growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and platformsConfidence to challenge ideas and suggest improvementsClear communication skills across different audiencesWhy join25 days of Annual LeaveBonusPrivate Medical InsuranceEnhanced PensionFlexible WorkingIf you are ready to grow your career in Amazon Advertising and want to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.
