About the Role: Amazon Pickup & Return Points (PARP) is an alternative delivery solution offering convenient pickup and return options to Amazon customers. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our network in Spain and Portugal, handling major partners in retail, property management, and transportation sectors.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Own and drive executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders across partner organizations
• Lead complex contract negotiations, including commercial terms and service level agreements
• Conduct market analysis and forecasting to shape strategic decisions
• Maintain complete ownership of the pickup network, including performance optimization and expansion strategy
• Drive network development/roll-out, maintain and optimize current operations, conduct performance reviews, and manage contract renewals
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Tech Ops/Installation, Accounting, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, Product Management)
• Lead business expansion, route-to-market strategies, and new product/service launches
• Drive offline Marketing and Advertising campaigns with location partners
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience across all Pickup locations
