Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead end-to-end 3PL warehouse operations at our Guwahati location. The role involves managing multi-client operations (10–15 customers), ensuring operational excellence, service level adherence, and profitable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee inbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate GRN entries in the system. Ensure 100% accuracy in warehouse put away processes. Manage B2C and B2B order processing across multiple WMS platforms, ensuring zero SLA breaches. Monitor and ensure timely processing of RTOs (Return to Origin) for all customers. Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain zero inventory variance. Ensure timely and accurate dispatches in line with customer requirements. Provide accurate and timely reports to customers as per contractual agreements. Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff in alignment with approved manpower budgets. Plan and maintain adequate packing material inventory for all customers through proactive forecasting.

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate in any discipline with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7–10 years of overall warehouse/logistics experience. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Lead (mandatory).

Skills and Competencies

Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Strong data management and analytical abilities. Proficiency in WMS platforms such as Uniware, Easycom, and Unicommerce.
