**Job Title: AM Shift Production Assembler** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Assembler where you will be part of a dynamic environment manufacturing essential medical devices. You will have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated team members to complete production orders efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Work with a team to complete production orders on a fast-paced assembly line. + Rotate through 13 stations, requiring 2-3 months to fully train. + Assemble units using small hand tools following written English instructions. + Collaborate with team members and work independently at times. + Occasionally work in a clean room environment for labeling and packaging tasks, standing throughout the shift. **Essential Skills** + Valid visa for 2 years from the date of hire. + 1 year of recent experience in a similar assembly environment. + Proficiency in using basic hand tools such as crimpers and screwdrivers. + Ability to work with small parts and pieces. + Capability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 30lbs. + Basic computer skills and good English communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Engineering experience is advantageous. + Experience in soldering and PCB assembly in a regulated environment. + Ability to read and follow soldering instructions carefully. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from a friendly and supportive work environment with opportunities for overtime.
