The opportunity : Assistant Manager - Markets - CBS - Account/Sector Coordinator – Mumbai/ Delhi/ Bengaluru and Hyderabad :

Your key responsibilities

As a Sector and Account Coordinator, you will take ownership of Sector and Account reporting and ensure relevant stakeholders receive and understand reported data 

Owning the account/ Sector planning process and ensure regular reviews against planned milestones and targets, ensuring your stakeholders receive and understand report data. This would include liaising with EY Knowledge professionals/sector specialists, working proactively with region account coordinators and business development leaders, and coordinating a global network of region account meetings.

You will also assist account teams through various business development processes and accelerate strategy execution by analysing market trends - how they would translate into revenue generating opportunities.

You will maintain and update global account databases and contact lists, as well as collate relevant client information from publicly available databases.

You will also be responsible for project management, quality control, review of deliverables, and overall lead the program for your designated account/s using the Account Management Framework of support activities.

Liaise with the Client Service Partner and Director, own the account planning process and ensure regular reviews against planned targets / milestones

Provide relevant knowledge to Account teams – focus on dissemination of business analysis and research, competitive intelligence and relevant firm thought leadership

 Understand the strategic communication and stakeholder engagement requirements to progress the account plan agenda, and work with global teams to respond and deploy
•     Work with the Sector leader in preparing Thought leadership

Work with BD / Marketing team along with the Sector leader to roll out marketing campaigns across services lines to key/ top clients in the Sector

•    To support the Sector leader from time to time on the requirements pertaining to qualitative and quantitative analysis with respect to Performance Vs Plan and Pipeline, Sales and update on the strategies planned for in the respective Sector.

•    Client Relationship Development
•    Contribute to complex account and business development needs, including global account planning, go-to-market research and strategy, pursuit or sales support, pitch development, among others
•    Work with BMC point of contact to plan and execute marketing initiatives that directly drive revenue •    Accelerate strategy execution, particularly around prioritized Regions and strategic solutions. 
•    Understand market trends, what is on our clients’ agenda and how these translate into revenue generating opportunities. Monitor solution revenue to understand success, opportunities, underperformance
•    Communication
•    Coordinate with global network of regional account team meetings. Send updated account and sector content and information.
•    Develop and maintain relationships with service lines, Accounts, Market Segments, Emerging Markets and subsectors to serve as a two-way conduit for connection and communication
•    Responsible for working to develop high impact relationships and embedding ABD support into the processes of the accounts
•    Responsible for project management, quality control, review of deliverables, and for embedding the principles of exceptional client service of being connected, responsive and insightful in our support to the account teams and ABD stakeholders
•    Facilitation of knowledge sharing

 

Skills and attributes for success


•    Succinct and structured oral and written communications skills with proven ability to explain complex concepts in a crisp, clear, concise and graphic-rich style, using appropriate analytics and visualization tools.
•    Experience in Account Management and preparing sales and pipeline reporting, as well as providing insightful analysis on the impact of those trends for EY and its clients
•    Experience in Microsoft tools like excel and PPT. 

•    Strong analytical/numerical skills 

•    Networking – Demonstrate ability to create networks within a company and use the networks to navigate across an organization for purpose of getting information to answer questions across accounts
•    Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization (peer level to senior management)
•    Ability to consistently deliver high quality work even when meeting tight deadlines •    Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively, and juggle conflicting demands
•    Professional maturity to confidently interact with stakeholders. Demonstrate assertiveness, ability to articulate the view points in a succinct manner

•    Emotional intelligence – Demonstrate understanding of different working/personality styles and appreciation of the need to flex approach and message to effectively engage with stakeholders

To qualify for the role, you must have


•    6-12 years’ experience in Account management and data reporting and analysis 
•    Sector knowledge is critical and understanding the players in the Sector What are the drivers for growth in demand / supply pertaining to the Sectors. What can be the impact of the legal / statutory changes that get declared from time to time on the Sector

•    Analyse where we can reach out to with what solutions that EY must ensure we are able to spread wide across key top clients in the Sector. Including tracking key opportunities and pursuits in that sector.
•    Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
•    Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative research and analysis methodologies, including financial analysis skills, to synthesize information, review data inputs and provide analytic insights 

•    Bachelor’s degree or above from a commercial or business-related discipline
•    Experience in research, business operations, and reporting
•    Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word proficiency •    Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal

Technology
•    Understand the Business Intelligence tools and should be able to draw the meaningful insights for the account teams to take informed decisions
•    Understanding of CRM tools functionality and practical experience and experience in supporting Account’s go-to-market efforts 

 

Ideally, the Candidate should also have

•    People with Commercial Acumen, enthusiasm to learn new things,

•    Expertise on Power point, MS Tools like Word, XL and PowerPoint
•    Exposure to tools like Tableau, Power BI etc. preferable, not mandatory
•   Account Management and data reporting skills

Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
